About 54 % of all first marriages end in divorce and 20% of those divorces occur within the first two years. Over one million couples have taken PREPARE and ENRICH, a comprehensive couples inventory to help couples prepare for marriage and enhance their marriage.

The Way Education and Counseling Center (WECC), offers Pre-marriage counseling, marriage and relationship counseling, using the PREPARE and ENRICH inventory assessments and feedback. We also offer life skills training, anger and stress management tools and techniques.

Frequently, couples spend more time preparing for the wedding ceremony than for their marriage relationship. Each PREPARE/ENRICH inventory is a 165 item questionnaire assessing relationship strength and growth areas in 20 categories.

Some categories are: Communication, Conflict Resolution, Personality Issues, Financial Management, Spiritual Belief, Children & Parenting, Family & Friends, Sexual Expectations, Realistic Expectations, Leisure Activities, Role Relationship, Idealistic Distortions, Family of Origin, and Type of Marriage.
