The Way Education and Counseling Center (WECC) uses the Anderson & Anderson intervention program developed by George Anderson, which is the most effective and most widely recognized curriculum in the world.
The adolescent and adult workbooks contain exercises focusing on enhancing emotional intelligence, improving assertive communication, as well as behavior strategies for recognizing, dealing with, and managing anger and stress.

The Anderson & Anderson program is currently being used in various schools, after-school programs, mental health programs, colleges, universities, prisons, probation departments, employee assistance programs, and organizational training for businesses and corporations. |
The (WECC) anger management classes provide education for people who are interested in or who need to learn how to deal with their anger or someone else’s anger in a positive, functional way. Participants may include people who internalize anger as well as those who act it out verbally or behaviorally towards friends, family, work or personal relationships.
